We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes basic account details (name, email, phone) and platform usage data. If you link your brokerage account, we securely access read-only portfolio data to power your dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the BricX infrastructure.
• Personalize your discovery experience.
• Ensure security and prevent fraud.

We never sell your personal data or portfolio information to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement bank-grade encryption and security protocols to protect your information. Your brokerage credentials are never stored on BricX servers.

4. Data & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or permanently delete your personal information at any time. You can also revoke brokerage access directly from your profile settings.

How to request account deletion:

• Open the BricX app and navigate to your Profile.
• Go to Account Details.
• Tap the Delete Account button and confirm.
• Alternatively, you can email us at yamanondhia@bricxindia.com from your registered email address to request account deletion.

What data is deleted:

• Your personal profile information (name, phone, email, date of birth).
• All active sessions and linked brokerage access tokens (we instantly revoke our read access).
• Your app activity and preferences.

Note: Certain transaction logs or compliance-related records may be securely retained for up to 5 years to comply with Indian financial regulations.
